Your First Visit

You can expect your first visit at our office to take about an hour. We’ll sit down with you and go over a complete medical and dental health history, provide you with a comprehensive oral exam, and take a full set of digital X-rays and intraoral photographs, and provide you with a thorough professional cleaning. If we find any problems, we’ll schedule a time for you to return and discuss treatment planning with our treatment coordinator.

Insurance and Payment Options

Our dental practice is contracted with many dental insurance providers including Ameritas, Cigna, Aetna, Delta Dental, MetLife, and many others. If your paln is not listed here, please contact us for more information.

In addition, Our Chatham Dental Care location accepts children and adult patients with Medicaid and NC HealthChoice. Dr. Rementer believes in strongly in giving back to the community and that everyone should have access to quality dental care, regardless of their economic status. It does out hearts great good to treat an underserved population struggling for the resources meet their needs because of low paying goverment insurances.

Your strong, healthy smile is our ultimate goal. To help you pay for your dental work, we offer a variety of payment and financing options. We'll present our financial policy with you, discuss the details, and determine the payment plan that works best for you. We know you want choices, so we offer a variety of options to help you pay for your oral healthcare.

For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards to cover those portions of your dental services not reimbursed by your dental insurance plan. We also work with financial institutions to offer payment plans, often at no or low interest for qualified applicants. Our front-office team can establish automatic, authorized charge or debit payments and explain how insurance is handled. Once finalized, you'll sign a financial arrangement document that describes the agreed upon payment terms.
